Here you get the most important information about the festival and some important advice, please notice!
  • Please send us the list of all participants!
     
  • All busdrivers will stay at the barracks of Lippstadt. Therefore we need their names, first names, date of birth, number of identity cards and their full address (copy of passport).
     
  • Are you looking for further concerts before or after our festival? Please use the contact data of the groups listed in the Excel file with all e-mail addresses of the participants!
     
  • Do you have CD´s? You may sell them within the festival!
     
  • On friday morning the concerts will take place in the schools. You can find a list of all schools here!
     
  • Please notice: Each participant should bring along a photo whith the view out of his window, a countrified recipe and a stone from his country of origin. That means a group of 20 persons should bring 20 recipes, 20 stones and 20 photos! The stones will be arranged from pupils of the Marienschule in Lippstadt.
     
  • Targetgroup: Youths at the age from 16-25 years from cities which are members of the new hanseatic organisation (www.hanse.org). Please note: If the youths are not within the range of 16-25 years there is no probem to involve them into the festival!
     
  • Artists of every description, painters, musicians, authors or dancers are cordially invitated to establish contacts to other artists and to present themselves and their culture at this colourful festival in Lippstadt.
     
  • Furthermore there will happen a Night of Organ at Marienchurch of Lippstadt for which organists from hanseatic cities are cordially invitated too
     
  • The participiants do have the possibility to involve media, for example CD, DVD or other video- or audiomaterial for own promotional purpose into a touring exhibition which will be referred to other hanseatic cities then.
     
  • Referring to the kind of act, the gigs and exhibitions will happen in schools, halls, in districts of the city of Lippstadt and at different places in the city. There can act out ensembles from small bands to big choirs and orchestras. We will care for an adequate acoustic irradiation and microphone installations for the musical instruments after consultating with us.
     
  • The overnight stays and the catering in guestfamilies in Lippstadt during the festival days, also the access and the participation at the events of the festival are for free! For the participating groups there only result costs for their own journey to Lippstadt.
     
  • The mayors of the hanseatic cities have promised their support for this festival. Please ask them for financial support for the journey!
     
  • Please make use of the possibility to establish contacts especially to outlandish groups with the help of the published information on this site. Offer them possibilities to act out in your nearness or build carpools!
     
  • If you have free seats in your bus or car, please ask for example a magician, a solo-artist or an organist for our Night of Organ at Marienchurch of Lippstadt and bring them along!
