Donnerstag, 22.9.2005

• Bis ca. 16:00 Uhr Anreise der Teilnehmer
  Treffpunkt (wenn nicht anders angegeben): Conrad-Hansen-Musikschule der Stadt Lippstadt Von-Galen-Platz 1 59557 Lippstadt.
   
• Verteilung der Gästebetten: wenn möglich immer zwei Jugendliche zusammen. Die Gäste sollten ein Abendbrot erhalten und müssen danach zum Stadttheater.
   
• 20.00 Uhr Eröffnungsveranstaltung im Stadttheater mit dem Musical “Rydell High”. Danach zurück zu den Gasteltern.
   

Freitag, 23.9.2005

• Die Ensembles treten in den Schulen und in der Stadt auf. Sie müssen spätestens gegen 9.00 Uhr an der Musikschule sein und bleiben dann den ganzen Tag in der Stadt. Für das Mittagessen gibt es Essengutscheine.
   
• Ganztägig öffentliche Konzerte, Ausstellungen in Hallen, Schulen, den Ortsteilen Lippstadts und vielen anderen Plätzen in der City von Lippstadt, gemeinsam mit vielen Lippstädter Musikern. Orgelnacht in der Marienkirche. Auf Wunsch: Stadtführungen.

• Ganztägig öffentliche Konzerte, Ausstellungen in Hallen, Schulen, den Ortsteilen Lippstadts und vielen anderen Plätzen in der City von Lippstadt.
   
• Großer Festumzug und Abschiedsparty "Noten für Lippstadt" auf dem Rathausplatz

• Until approx. 4:00 p.m. arrival of the participants.
  Meeting point (exceptions possible!): Conrad-Hansen-Musikschule der Stadt Lippstadt Von-Galen-Platz 1 59557 Lippstadt.
   
• Disposition of the guest beds: If possible we will dispose in groups of two youths. The guests should get a lig.00 p.m. opening event at the theatre of the city of Lippstadt with the musical “Rydell High”, based on ideas of the musical “Grease”.   Friday, 09-23-2005

• The ensembles act out in schools and in the city. At the latest towards 9:00 a. m. they have to be at the musicschool and stay then in the city for the rest of the day. Every participant gets a coupon for lunch.
   
• Full-time public concerts, exhibitions in halls, schools, in the districts of Lippstadt and at many other places in the city of Lippstadt, together with many musicians of Lippstadt. Night of organ at Marienchurch of Lippstadt. By request: guided tours through the city of Lippstadt.
