„Inspired by youth“
Im September 2005 fand in Lippstadt / Deutschland das 1st youthHansa music and art Festival mit dem Ziel statt, ein Netzwerk für künstlerisch aktive Jugendliche aus den Hansestädte der „Neuen Hanse“ zu initiieren. Lippstadt präsentierte die erste Großveranstaltung auf dem Weg zum Hansetag 2007. Wir erlebten eine Woche voller Musik, Tanz und Ausstellungen, einen spannenden Auftakt und eine grandiose Farewell Party mit der Uraufführung des neuen Lippstadt-Liedes und über 1400 aktiven Teilnehmern.
Mit der Wanderausstellung "Inspired by youth" möchte die Stadt Lippstadt diese Idee nachhaltig weiter unterstützen. Die Wanderausstellung soll allen Hansestädten die Möglichkeit geben, nicht nur auf die youthHansa Organisation vor Ort aufmerksam zu machen, sondern das junge Netzwerk, dass durch das 1st youthHansa music and art festival entstanden ist, weiter auszubauen. Wichtiger Bestandteil ist eine DVD „inspired by youth“, die vor Ort kopiert und wie eine Broschüre verbreitet werden kann.

Dear participants, Lippstadt says "Thank you" for the donation with your arts! Your music, your dancing and your exhibitions had been wunderful and expanded our horizon!
With “Here is the music! - Let´s meet in the center” (Ab in die Mitte) and 1st youthHansa Music and Art Festival we presented the first big event in Lippstadt up to the Hanseatic days in 2007. We had had one week full of music, dance and exhibitions with more than 1400 participants starting with opening ceremony and ending with big farewell party on the market place, presenting the Lippstadt Song for the first time.
